湖南常宁仙人岩矿区复杂地层钻探护壁堵漏技术

Wall Protection and Plugging Technology in Complex Stratum Drilling in Xianrenyan Mining Area of Hunan

摘要:

湖南省常宁市仙人岩金矿详勘项目是湖南省有色地质勘查局重点科研项目。该矿区岩石硬度高、地层软硬变化频繁以及地下水、溶洞、老窿复杂等原因，施工难度大，钻探效率低下，岩心采取率难以达标。针对这一难题，通过反复试验研究，对冲洗液、堵漏技术的改进，研究出适合该地区施工的泥浆体系和堵漏措施，在仙人岩矿区复杂地层钻探中取得一定的成效，并且获得相应的体会。

Abstract:

The detailed survey of Xianrenyan gold deposit in Changning City of Hunan Province is a focus scientific research project for Hunan Province Nonferrous Metal Geological Survey Bureau. Because of the high rock hardness, frequent changes of soft and hard formations, groundwater, karst caves, old complex galleries and some other reasons in this mining area, the construction is difficult with low drilling efficiency and core recovery rate is difficult to reach the standard. In order to solve this problem, through repeated tests and research, the improvement of flushing fluid and plugging technologies have been made and the mud system and plugging measures suitable for the construction in this area are developed. Some achievements have been received in complex formation drilling in Xianrenyan mining area.
