    摘要:

    膨胀波纹管技术在国内外石油钻井领域的应用已经颇有成效,但是针对地质钻探领域的小口径膨胀管的研究却成效甚微。为此专门研发了针对地质钻探行业的小口径膨胀管护壁技术。该技术成功应用于四川煤炭普查ZK3-1钻孔封堵漏失地层,护壁后正常钻进至终孔。此次小口径膨胀波纹管的成功应用,为地质钻探行业的事故处理提供了新方向,填补了我国在小口径膨胀管技术领域的空白。

    Abstract:

    Expandable convoluted tubing technology has been applied in the field of petroleum drilling both in China and abroad, but the research on small diameter expandable convoluted tubing in the field of geological drilling has little effect. In this case, mall diameter expandable convoluted tubing technology for geological drilling industry is researched and developed, which has been successfully applied in sealing up the leaky stratum in ZK3-1 drilling in Sichuan coal survey, then drilling to the final depth. This application is a new field for the accident treatment in geological drilling industry, which fills the gap in the field of small diameter expandable convoluted tubing in China.
