    摘要:

    随着矿山开采的日益深入,为了降低电损及线路铺设等成本,提高坑道通风效果,设计大口径电缆通风孔是有效手段。灵宝市某金矿设计一口电缆通风孔,采用现有的立轴式液压钻机、多级扩孔钻探施工工艺、实施先导孔初级定向控制孔斜等工艺技术,成功实施,达到了通风、供电和通讯的多重效果,产生了很好的经济效益。从钻探设备、钻进工艺、孔斜控制工艺等方面对该孔的施工经验进行了总结,并分析了其经济效益。

    Abstract:

    To reduce construction cost and improve ventilation effect of underground tunnel, the design of large diameter cable vent is an effective means. A cable vent was designed and completed in a cold mine in Lingbao of Henan, the technologies of current vertical hydraulic shaft drill, multistage reaming drilling, borehole deviation control by pilot hole are used, the ventilation, power supply and communication are realized with good economic benefits. The construction experience is summarized in drilling equipments, drilling technology and borehole deviation and the economic benefits are also analyzed.
