    摘要:

    承德闫营子地热井钻遇地层坚硬、造斜、岩性复杂,施工难度较大。施工期间,采用了螺杆钻具完成事故处理、纠斜、复合钻进工作。分析了螺杆钻具在3种工况下的使用效果;应用MD钻头解决了硬岩钻进常规钻头磨损严重的问题;最后针对钻进中存在的钻速低、钻铤断裂问题,提出了改进建议。

    Abstract:

    Hard formation was encountered in Yanyingzi geothermal well of Chengde where there were deviating force and complex lithology, the construction was difficult. Screw drill was adopted in accident treatment, deviation correction and compound drilling; the effects of screw drill application under these 3 working conditions are analyzed. Serious wear of conventional bit in hard rock drilling, low drilling speed and drilling collar fracture are solved by MD bit, and some improvement suggestions are put forward.
