Application of New Through-type Hydraulic Pipe Cutter in Treatment of Embedment Accident of Deep Hole Drilling Tools

摘要:

结合工程实践，介绍了自行研制的新型贯通式水压割管器在深孔套管和绳索取心钻杆卡埋事故处理中的应用。该工具克服了传统水压割管器的某些弊端，使用操作简单、可控性高、割管时间短，能有效提高处理深孔卡埋钻事故的效率。

Abstract:

Combining the project practice, the paper introduced the application of new through-type self-developed hydraulic pipe cutter in the treatment of embedment accident of deep hole casing and wireline drilling rod. Such tool overcomes some disadvantages of the traditional hydraulic pipe cutter; and moreover, it has advantages of simple operation, high controllability and short pipe cutting time, and further, it is capable of effectively improving the treatment efficiency of deep hole embedment accident.
