    摘要:

    随着渤海油田部分稠油区块已经进入开发中后期,加密调整水平井将在油田稳产、增产方面占据越来越重要的地位。但此类井井眼碰撞风险高、轨迹复杂、井下摩阻大,出于安全与时效考虑,海上油田通常使用国外先进的旋转导向工具进行钻井作业,不但成本高且无法大面积实施。为此,渤海油田开展了一系列轨迹控制技术研究,实现了全井段使用常规螺杆钻具完成此类井的目的。以一口难度较大的S形加密调整水平井为例,总结了加密调整水平井轨迹控制技术,为后续此类井的推广提供了经验。

    Abstract:

    With some heavy oil blocks of Bohai oilfield having been in the afternoon of development life, encryption adjustment of horizontal well will become more important to increase and stabilize oil production. But this kind well has very big risks of penetration crossing, complex trajectory and high downhole friction. Usually advanced foreign rotary steering tools are used in offshore oilfield for its safety and time efficiency with high cost, which is difficult to popularize. By a series of researches on trajectory control technologies in Bohai oilfield, the complete well drilling by conventional mud motor has been realized. The paper summed up the trajectory control technology for encryption adjustment well with a difficult S-type encryption adjustment horizontal well to provide some experiences for the similar wells.
