介绍了一种煤层气钻井用的扩穴钻头的结构和工作原理，并详细介绍了分别使用压缩空气和清水做为钻井循环介质的情况下，在煤层气井钻井施工中使用煤层气扩穴钻头的工程实例。

Abstract:

The paper introduced a reaming bit for CBM drilling about its structure and working principle, and introduced in detail the engineering case in which the reaming bit for CBM drilling is used under the conditions of taking compressed air and clear water as drilling cycle medium.
