大规模钻探施工的组织管理，对整装勘查提供钻探技术支撑。结合开展的大规模钻探施工工程，分析了大规模钻探施工组织管理面临的主要问题，总结了解决这些问题的经验，提出了相关对策及建议。

Abstract:

The organization management for large-scale drilling provides technical support to whole exploration. Based on the large-scale drilling construction project, analysis was made on the main problems of organization management; and the experience of solving these problems was summed up with relative countermeasures and proposals.
