    摘要:

    600 m坑道钻机为全液压驱动。钻机在工作过程中,液压系统会产生大量的热量,这部分热量将通过钻机的散热系统散去。根据钻机的发热功率,初步选定使用风冷散热器,散热器片有效散热面积为25 m2。详细推导出液压系统的热量随时间变化的函数,根据函数的变化和极值,验证液压系统的散热能力。

    Abstract:

    The 600m tunnel drilling machine is driven by hydraulic. In the working process, the hydraulic system generates a lot of heat which will be radiated by radiation system. According to heat output power, fancooled radiator was preliminarily chosen, and effective radiating area of the radiator slice was 25m2. In this paper, the function of heat change with time was derived and by the functional changes and extremum, radiator efficiency of hydraulic system was verified.
