大口径取心工艺在刚果(金)某矿区的应用

Application of Large Diameter Coring Technology in Beneficiation and Metallurgy Test of a Mining Area in RDC

摘要:

为了满足选冶试验矿样质量的需要，刚果(金)Sicomines铜钴矿区选用了大口径取心（≥φ325 mm）钻探工艺。实际应用表明，针对完整或破碎地层条件选用不同的筒状钻具及取心工艺是大口径取心工程成功的关键。

Abstract:

In order to meet the needs in quality of core sample for the beneficiation and metallurgy test, the coring drilling technology with large diameter（≥φ325mm） tubular was used in Sicomines copper-cobalt mining area. The key to the success in the large diameter coring project lies on selecting different tubular-shaped drilling tools and coring technologies according to the condition of complete or broken formation.
