    摘要:

    结合青岛市开发区盛世江山小区地基处理项目,分析CFG嵌岩桩的设计计算、施工及检测结果。通过提高长螺旋钻机入岩能力,为加大桩的嵌岩深度提供可能。经过对多组复合地基检测数据进行分析,得出桩长与沉降量的关系和规律。实践表明,在基岩埋深较浅区域的高层建筑中采用CFG桩复合地基是安全可靠的,不仅节约了成本投入,还大大缩短了工期,值得推广应用。

    Abstract:

    Analysis was made on design calculation, construction and detection results of CFG rock-socket pile for a foundation treatment project. The improvement on the embedding ability of spiral drilling machine made the rock-socket pile even deeper. By the analysis on the inspection data of composite foundation, the relationship and rule of pile length and settlement volume were found. The practice shows that the composite foundation with CFG pile in high building of shallow buried depth of bedrock is safe and reliable with less construction cost and shorter construction period.
