Looking Back on Eleventh Five-year Plan and Looking Forward on Twelfth Five-year Plan—Drilling Technology and Drilling Equipment Series Provides Direct Means for Resources and Environment Development

摘要:

回顾了“十一五”期间我国在科学钻探、天然气水合物勘探、深部钻探、钻探技术装备、高精度定向对接井钻井技术、绳索取心液动锤钻具、新型金刚石钻头系列、新型冲洗液技术、地质灾害监测防治钻探技术、人才培养以及体制改革等方面取得的成绩和发展；提出了“十二五”期间的主要工作方向。

Abstract:

Achievement and development were reviewed in scientific drilling, gas hydrate exploration, deep drilling; drilling technical equipment; high precision directional butted well drilling; wire-line coring hydro-hammer; new diamond bit series; new flushing fluid; drilling technology for monitoring and control of geological disaster; talent training and the system reformation in Eleventh Five-year Plan period in China; and main work direction in the Twelfth Five-year Plan period was put forward.
