北京金融街活力中心基坑工程边界条件复杂，基坑开挖位置与现有马路距离较近，并且在基坑外侧存在较多的市政管线及电信光缆，造成施工作业面狭窄、复杂，支护施工过程风险较大。施工前对基坑周边条件详细调查，根据周边条件因地制宜地采取了桩锚支护方案，并在施工中进行重点控制，取得了良好的支护效果。介绍了支护方案及施工安全控制措施。

Abstract:

The paper introduced a foundation pit project with complex boundary conditions of with existing street nearby, much municipal pipeline and telecom optical cable on lateral side. Pile-anchor support design was made based on the detailed survey on boundary conditions with main controlling in the construction, supporting effect was satisfied. The supporting design and construction safety control measures were presented.
