声波钻进技术经过几十年的不断改进发展，取得了长足的进步，目前在国外得到广泛应用。为加快我国声波钻进技术研究进展，对国外用于声波钻进的三种振动器的结构原理进行了分析。

Abstract:

Sonic drilling technology has made considerable progress through improving and developing in several decades and is widely applied abroad. Analysis was made on the structure principle of 3 types of vibrator used for sonic drilling abroad to speed up the reseach progress of sonic drilling in China.
