在靠海基坑工程中地层相对比较复杂及并受海水影响，通过工程实例，介绍了在选择钻孔灌注桩施工时容易碰到的问题及解决方法，并介绍了施工要点，同时也验证了这些技术措施的可行性及经济性。

Abstract:

With engineering cases, the paper enumerated the complex geological conditions and the seawater influence to near-sea foundation pit construction, and introduced the solution and construction points.
