Curtain Grouting Technology of Special Dam Section in Taoyuan Hydro-junction of Tonghua

摘要:

主要论述在坚硬的石英岩层，节理极其发育，涌水压力达0.2 MPa，涌水量达20 t/h的施工条件下，采用特殊钻头全面钻进不提钻、稳定浆液灌浆并适当提高灌浆压力（把涌水压力考虑进去）的边固边灌，在涌水严重孔段采用适当延长屏浆时间等措施，取得了满意的效果，满足了设计的要求。

Abstract:

The paper discussed full-face drilling without drill pipe lifting and consolidating by stable grouting with the pressure increasing in hard quartzite layer with developmental joints. Close grouting time was prolonged in serious water gushing segment to meet the design requirement.
