介绍了南宁市新华街人防工程采用逆作法设计、施工情况，人防工程先施工钻孔排桩围护结构和中间工程桩柱，采用顶板作为支撑体系，恢复路面后，再一直开挖至基坑底，施工主体结构的施工方法。大大缩短了占用路面的时间，减少了对周边商铺营业的影响。

Abstract:

Inverse design and construction used in civil air defence under Xinhua Street in Nanning was introduced. During construction, bored row piles for supporting and center piles for load bearing was firstly made, and top tray was used as support system. After road surface recovered, the foundation pit was excavated to its bottom and the main structures were constructed. This construction method can shorten road occupation time and minimize the interference with surrounding business.
