介绍了深基坑支护变形机理，结合工程实例，根据收集整理的深基坑支护变形监测结果，简述了深基坑支护变形计算中存在的一些问题，并对一些新方法做了简要探讨。

Abstract:

This text introduces the mechanism of shoring transfiguration of deep foundation pit， then, collects and settles the survey result of an engineering example. Some shortcoming is founded in the current design of shoring system. At last, some new calculation methods of ambient stratum displacement are discussed.
