The article expatiates on the history and development, the actuality of applications, the consideration of the strategies to the trechless technology, which has been applied in the city construction in Shanghai. Author′s contentions have been demonstrated by an abundant of accurate and authoritative information. It summarizes and introduces the application and development of the trechless technologies which have been used in nationwide of China.
