Application of and Research on Large Diameter Diamond Coring Bits

摘要:

在φ615 mm大口径金刚石取心钻头中，采用了金刚石钻齿这一新的技术方案，介绍了钻齿结构及镶焊技术。经在黄河古贤水利枢纽坝址勘探中应用，取得了较好效果。

Abstract:

A new technological method, diamond drilling cutter, is adapted while designing diamond coring bits with diameter of 615 mm. The pattern of the cutters and the technique inserted them into and welded them with bit body are introduced. The good results of application of the technology were got in geological survey for determining the damsite of Guxian Hydro-junction over the Yellow River.
