The suitable structures of pincer body and jaw were designed based on the wall thickness and strength of broken forces, taking advantage of optimization design and equal strength theory. The flow rate and pressure needed by hydraulic system were calculated. The structure of working mechanism and performance parameters of hydraulic system were determined by computer simulation.
