松辽盆地第三系含砾砂岩、砂砾岩层钻探硬质合金钻头的研究

摘要:

设计试验了几种硬质合金钻头 ,得出了在设计钻进含砾砂岩、砂砾岩层的硬质合金钻头时 ,应适当增加钻头口径 ,并应以球头硬质合金作为主要切削具的结论。

Abstract:

A few kinds of tungsten carbide insert bit for drilling sand rock with gravel, sand or gravel etc, were designed and tested. It was concluded that the diameter of the bit should be a little bit larger than the required diameter of borehole and half spherical tungsten carbide inserts should be selected as main cutters for drilling in the above formations.
