The method of adopting plating technique on diamond surface, pre alloy matrix powder in super hard composite body, can increase thermal stability and its infiltration with the bonding alloy and also make high abrasive resistance of diamond and high toughness against impact of hard metal be united. Optimizing structure and figure of super hard composite body improved its abrasive resistance and toughness against impact. Designing reasonable mould greatly reduced the machining cost. Then a kind of excellent and low price diamond, hard metal composite body has been developed.
