结合水平横穿开封—洛阳高速公路非开挖水平钻进铺设通讯管道工程实例 ,通过对实钻试验数据进行分析 ,得出了水平定向钻进中钻孔轨迹为弧线的规律 ,并推导出钻孔弧段曲率半径以及能保证准确钻孔出口位置的入口仰角的计算公式。总结了水平钻进的技术要点

Abstract:

Communication pipe playing construction case with trenchless horizontal directional drilling technology in KaifengLuoyang express highway was studied. Field drilling experimental data were analyzed. That the borehole track of horizontal directional drilling is arc is concluded. Calculating formula of borehole arc curvature radius and inlet elevation angle assuring borehole outlet exactly are induced. Main technological points of horizontal directional drilling are summarized in the paper.
