The applicable temperature range of SCA is classified into rapid effective range, common effective range and ineffective range by analysis of the swelling mechanism of SCA and the change of the swelling pressure with temperature and time A temperature control instrument is developed to solve the problem of ineffectiveness of SCA,and the method of calculation of controlled fragmentation is put forward
