PCBN Cutting Tools and Their Development

摘要:

在介绍了立方氮化硼聚晶（PCBN）刀具的性能特点和应用范围后，着重介绍了PCBN纯聚晶镶嵌刀具的制造工艺，包括PCBN的制造、镶嵌及PCBN刀具的刃磨技术和几何参数，及其在淬硬钢、热喷涂材料、淬硬铸铁加工及断续切削与粗车等方面的应用。

Abstract:

The properties and application scope of thePCBN cutting tools are described with emphasis on the production process of pure PCBN cutting tools including manufacture and insert of PCBN, as well as the edge grindingtechnique and geometry of the PCBN cutting tools. Whichare used in processing, continuous cutting and rough machining of quench-hardening steel, heat sprayed material andquench--hardening cast iron.
