脉冲电镀工艺参数对镀层性能影响的研究

摘要:

对脉冲电镀原理进行了分析，研究了脉冲电镀工艺参数对Ｎｉ镀层硬度、耐磨性的影响，得出了比较理想的工艺参数，为生产脉冲电镀镍基金刚石制品打下了基础。

Abstract:

airl ideal technical parameters are obtained based on analysis of pulse electro-plating theory andstudy on effects of the technical parameters on hardness and abrasiveness of Ni coating, creating a base for manufacture of diamond products with pulse electro-plated Ni matrix.
