嵌岩基桩孔大口径潜孔锤应用的新发展

New Development on Application of Large Diameter DTH for Rock Emdedding pile Hole

摘要:

分析了大口径嵌岩桩基孔的特点与要求，认为硬质嵌岩桩基孔是目前钻孔泡注桩的一大难题，传统硬岩钻进的方法目前仍在使用，但很难满足要求，文章具体介绍了新研制的大口径湿式反循环闭型贯通式潜孔锤钻具系统以及试验用的配套设备、机具、钻进规程多数及其使用效果。

Abstract:

This article analyses the properties and requiremrnts of large diameter rock embedding pile hole ,and believes thas the hard rock embedding pile hole is a difficult problem.Traditional hard rock drilling methods are still being used though they are far from adequate .This article details newly-developed large-diameter wet reverse circulation closed hollow DTH hammer drilling system and its core ponding equipment,tools.drilling parameters and its application results.
