聚乙烯醇钻井液在招远滕家金矿岩心钻探中的应用

Application of polyvinyl alcohol drilling fluid in core drilling construction of Tengjia Gold Mine in Zhaoyuan

摘要:

为完成招远玲珑?水旺庄矿区金矿资源潜力评价，在相关矿区设计2个孔共4000 m岩心钻探任务。在ZK1603孔施工过程中，针对金刚石绳索取心钻进中存在的孔壁垮塌、钻杆内壁结泥皮等问题，开展了基于聚乙烯醇（PVA）为抑制剂的无固相防塌钻井液研究，相比于腐植酸钾、磺化沥青等常规抑制剂，聚乙烯醇具有更强的抑制性，且抑制性与聚合度呈正相关；通过对比测试，确定了以聚乙烯醇（PVA）作为增黏提切剂、磺化褐煤树脂（SPNH）和磺化沥青（FT?342）作为降失水剂来配制钻井液。经实际应用，取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:

In order to complete the evaluation of the gold resource potential of the Linglong-Shuiwangzhuang mining area， Zhaoyuan， two drill holes with a total of 4000 m coring task were designed and carried out in the relevant mining area. In the construction of ZK1603 hole， the research on solid-free anti-collapse drilling fluid based on polyvinyl alcohol（PVA） as an inhibitor was carried out， aiming at the problems of hole wall collapse， mud-making， and mud cake buildup on the inner wall of the drill pipe in the mudstone formations in the process of diamond wire-line core drilling. Compared with conventional inhibitors such as potassium humate and sulfonated asphalt， polyvinyl alcohol had strong inhibition， which was positively correlated with the degree of polymerization. Through comparative tests， it was determined that polyvinyl alcohol（PVA） was used as a viscosifying cutting agent， sulfonated lignite resin （SPNH） and sulfonated asphalt （FT-342） were used as water loss reducing agents to prepare the drilling fluid， which achieved good results in the actual practice.
