甘肃野马铜多金属矿勘查复杂地层钻探实践

Drilling practice in complex formations for exploration of Yema Copper Polymetallic Deposit， Gansu Province

摘要:

甘肃野马铜多金属矿勘查项目施工区地处戈壁滩无人区，施工条件恶劣。区域受矿产成因、地质构造因素影响，地层产状较陡，断层多，地层破碎、垮塌、漏失，局部地层存在遇水泥化现象。斜孔钻探过程中多孔出现卡钻、钻孔报废等情况，造成经济损失，影响了项目施工周期。本文结合钻探项目难点，选用履带式钻机、低固相冲洗液、优化钻孔结构等技术措施，为该类矿区钻探工程积累了经验。

Abstract:

The working area of Gansu Yema Copper Polymetallic Ore Exploration Project is located in uninhabited gobi desert area with harsh construction conditions. Affected by mineral genesis and geological structures， the strata in this area is featured by steep occurrence， frequent faults， and is prone to fragmentation， collapse and leakage. In addition， some strata show mud-making when encountering water. During the construction of inclined boreholes， pipe sticking and hole abandonment often occur， which caused economic losses and seriously affected the project schedule. Combined with drilling difficulties of the project， technical measures are adopted including tracked drilling rigs， low-solid-phase drilling fluid， and optimized borehole structure， providing experience for drilling engineering in similar mining areas.
